NO STRINGS ATTACHED

A site-specific installation by Magdalena Jasiak with movement by Vanhulle Dance Theatre...

A synergy exists between Magdalena and Laura, together they bring new meaning to the concept no strings attached… tying fashion, dance and spoken word together.

Working together for over three weeks in an old warehouse, a dense mass of 1000 strings, dialogue and free-flowing energy renews the idea.

LV: What’s the next step for the installation?

MJ: Nothing, I will just deconstruct it

LV: Is it not difficult to have worked so hard, to never see it again?

MJ: After sharing every work I make with an audience, I let it go

LV: Inspiring! but does this need a further existence?
